Wealth: Is running after wealth okay? Part 5

Your destiny, your wealth

As I have written in previous posts, we are on a journey. Each and every one of us have a purpose on earth and we should endeavour to finish it before returning to our creator. To know what our purpose is on earth, we’ll need to ask God and obey Him as He leads us.

Seeking after wealth although not bad should be secondary. Unfortunately, people have made this their primary aim. They spend most of their years chasing after wealth and have acquired little or nothing with respect to their God-ordained destiny on earth.

We go through a series of processes to access our God given-wealth. If it were handed to us on a platter of gold we would not have valued it. This might even lead to the destruction of some because they haven’t developed the necessary skill required to handle such wealth. In essence, God gives us wealth stage by stage. As we enlarge in capacity/maturity by obeying Him and being faithful, more wealth is entrusted into our care.

Various stages

There is a stage for thanking God for what you have now (no matter how little). There is another stage for cutting your coat according to your size. Another stage includes accessing the wealth of God without stress. Here, you command wealth, money runs after you. But in all this, the basic requirement such as being born again, tithing and hard work will always come into play. God works even up till now, so we are not exempted from hard work and it’s our work that He crowns with success.

In your purpose, there are so many benefits. Not only will you be able to access wealth, but you will also be fulfilling destiny. Divine protection is for sure because as He leads you, He protects you. Also once you obey Him, answers to prayers come cheaply.

One of the major ways of being rewarded both on earth and in Heaven is through soul winning. When you do what Matthew 6:33 says, you become wise (Proverbs 11: 30). The benefit of being wise is seen in Proverbs 3: 35 and Daniel 12: 3. Seeking Godly wealth is fine but more importantly, locate your calling, access the wealth, and use this medium to share the love of God to others.

Matthew 6: 33: But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

Proverbs 11: 30: The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life; and he that winneth souls is wise.

Proverbs 3: 35: The wise shall inherit glory: but shame shall be the promotion of fools.

Daniel 12: 3: And they that be wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament; and they that turn many to righteousness as the stars forever and ever.

If you want to surrender to Jesus, take this salvation prayer.

Lord Jesus, I come to you today as a sinner, I surrender to you. Forgive me all my sins, wash me clean by your blood, and deliver me from the power of sin and death. I believe that you died for me and on the third day you rose again. I accept you as my Lord and Saviour. Come into my heart and be the Lord of my life. Thank you Lord, for delivering me from the power of sin and death. I am delivered, I am saved and now a child of God.

Congratulations my dear brother and sister. Now a brand new you have emerged because if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation (2 Corinthians 5: 17). If you just surrendered to Jesus, you can reach us lychicrafts@gmail.com to stay in touch.
